Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel will be sending one lucky player to the WSOP main event in 2010.
We will be using a point system for No-limit Texas Hold ‘em tournaments that will be held on the 2nd Friday at 6pm, the 3rd Saturday and the 4th Sunday of the month at 2pm: December 11th, 19th, 27th; January 8th, 16th, 24th; February 12th, 20th, 28th; and March 12th, 20th, 28th. In addition players can earn points by participating in our weekly Monday tournaments at 6pm and weekly Wednesday tournaments at 4pm from December through March, 2010.
The Saturday & Sunday tournaments are limited to 66 players and the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday tournaments are limited to 44 players. Pre-registration is strongly recommended. You can pre-register in the live poker room or by calling: 1-800-946-2274, ext. 8147

In addition all players not placing in the weekday tournaments will receive 1 point and all players not placing in the weekend tournaments will receive 2 points.
A list of all players who participated along with their point totals will be recorded and posted in the poker room and on the website (www.jackpotjunction.com). To receive E-mail updates of the point totals, simply provide your e-mail address at registration. The list will be updated each Thursday and again on the Mondays following the weekend tournaments.
Weekday tournaments will be a $40 buy-in with a $10 entry fee. There will be no re-buys, however there will be one optional $5 add-on at the first break for $2,000 in chips. 8% of the prize pool will be added to the April 17th final prize pool.
Saturday & Sunday tournaments will be a $60 buy-in with a $15 entry fee. There will be no re-buys, however there will be one optional $5 add-on at the first break for $2,000 in chips. 8% of the prize pool will be added to the April 17th final prize pool.
100% of all remaining buy-in monies will be paid back for each tournament.

The final Qualifying tournament will be held March 31st, 2010. At the conclusion of the tournament, the top 40 finalists in the point standings will be announced. They will compete in the final tournament on April 17th at 2pm with no buy-in or entry fee, along with any point holders tied for 40th place. 41st-60th in the point standings may register for an $85 buy-in with a $15 entry fee. 61st-80th in the point standings may register for a $130 buy-in with a $20 entry fee. 81st-100th in the point standings may register for a $175 buy-in with a $25 entry fee. All remaining seats: $360 buy-in with a $40 entry fee. Seating is limited to 88 players. All players qualifying for a free or reduced rate must confirm their entry before 4:00pm on Friday, April 9th, 2010. Any unclaimed seats will be available to purchase at that time. On Saturday, April 10th at 4pm the top 10 point holders in the series will play to win their choice of $1,000 in cash or a $1500 seat in a WSOP event.
The winner of the final tournament on April 17th will receive a $10,000 seat in the WSOP plus $2,500 cash for travel and expenses.

Participants must be or attain the age of 21 prior to June 1st, 2010 to earn points towards the World Series of Poker final. In the event a player does not qualify for their points, they will be awarded to the player in the next position and the rest of the points awarded will be adjusted accordingly. |
