This information outlines general admittance, safety, and facility-use policies for the Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel Amphitheater. Failure to follow these policies may result in denial of entry, removal from the premises, and/or loss of event privileges without refund.
Safety Measures
Absolutely no firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed.
Permissible Items
Bag policy: No bags are permitted except medically necessary bags and diaper bags accompanying infants or young children. All permitted bags are subject to inspection prior to entry.
Cell phones: Cell phones are permitted. Guests are urged to silence their devices. Some artists may prohibit photos or video during their performance; any such restriction will be clearly communicated.
Lawn chairs: Lawn chairs under 38 inches in height are permitted only for events or ticketed areas designated as general admission/floor. Chairs must be carried into the venue without bags or cases. One chair is permitted per person.
An empty approved water bottle.
Sunscreen and bug spray in non-aerosol cans or containers.
Blankets or towels no larger than 10 feet by 10 feet.
Stadium seating cushions.
Prescription medications and medically necessary medical equipment after inspection.

Any food and beverage (even if purchased inside the casino)
Coolers (of any kind)
Wallet chains
Pocket knives, box cutters, utility knives, Leatherman-style multi-purpose tools, chains, or similar items.

Electronics (other than cell phones) including but not limited to laptops, iPads, Kindles, video games, etc.
Audio or video recording devices (including GoPros), professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses
Bullhorns, noisemakers, laser pointers or glow sticks
Skateboards, inline skates, bicycles or hoverboards
Baseballs, footballs, tennis balls, beach balls, flying discs, etc.
Aerosol cans

Any garment displaying the words “security” or “police”

Other items not listed may be denied entry if deemed unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to venue guests, performers, team members, or operations.
Day-of-Show Parking
Shuttles will be available to guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking delays should be expected within two hours prior to show time. Illegally parked vehicles or vehicles blocking emergency access may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Admittance
Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, threatening, or inconsistent with venue policies.
Upon entry, all carry-in items are subject to inspection. Guests may refuse an inspection; however, the venue may refuse entry. Items not allowed in the venue must be returned to a vehicle or discarded in appropriate trash receptacles at the entry gates.
Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and remain under adult supervision at all times. Each event may establish its own age restrictions. Alcohol service is limited to guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification.
If a child or minor becomes separated from their group, guests should immediately notify any security officer or team member for assistance.
Guest Code of Conduct
Guests may be removed without refund for fighting, threatening behavior, excessive intoxication, harassment, throwing objects, climbing barriers, entering restricted areas, disrupting performances, or failing to follow instructions from venue staff, security, law enforcement, or emergency responders.
Accessible Drinking Water
Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel provides access to complimentary drinking water at outdoor concerts. Guests may also bring one empty approved water bottle.
Identification
All attendees must have valid physical photo identification on their person while on Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel property. Digital identification is not accepted. Photo identification is required at will call, the Outdoor Box Office, and most concession areas.
Acceptable Forms of Identification
Valid state driver’s license or state identification card.
Passport.
United States active military identification.
Tribal identification. For alcohol purchases, only Tribal IDs issued in the State of Minnesota are acceptable.
Re-entry
Re-entry is permitted with a valid ticket. Guests should bring all personal items needed for the event at the time of entry. If a guest leaves the venue, readmission requires a valid ticket. Guests removed from the venue due to a policy violation will not be allowed re-entry and will not receive a refund.
Accessible Seating
Limited accessible seating is located in each reserved seating section and may be purchased online, through Ticketmaster, or in person during Gift Shop/Box Office hours. Guests with questions about accessible seating should contact the venue in advance of the performance date.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel. A service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Therapy, comfort, and companion animals are not considered service animals. The handler is responsible for supervising the service animal, including toileting, feeding, grooming, and veterinary care. Service animals must remain under the control of the handler at all times. If a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, staff may request that the animal be removed from the premises.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Guests should report lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster through their online Ticketmaster account as soon as they become aware that tickets are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be re-sent or reprinted during an event, guests may visit the Outdoor Box Office for assistance. Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel can only re-send or reprint tickets originally purchased through Ticketmaster or the Gift Shop.
Reselling Tickets
Reselling tickets at or around the venue is strictly prohibited. Any guest caught selling tickets on or around the venue may be removed without refund. Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel assumes no responsibility for tickets purchased from sources other than the Gift Shop or Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased from brokers, third parties, other websites, or individuals are not covered by Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel or Ticketmaster policies.
Ticket Fraud
Tickets obtained through unauthorized sellers may be invalid, and admission may be denied. Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets only through Ticketmaster or the Gift Shop.
Mobile Tickets
Guests should link mobile tickets to their Ticketmaster account before arrival and have tickets available on their phone through the Ticketmaster account before entering the scanning lanes. Screenshots of tickets will not permit entry.
Sponsorships and Handouts
Any handouts, sponsorship activities, or solicitation of any kind must be approved by Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel prior to show day, and documentation must be issued. If permission has not been granted, individuals may be escorted off the property.
Alcohol
Guests may purchase alcoholic beverages at select outdoor locations within the venue, with a limit of two drinks per person per purchase. Bar service will stop 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of the show. No outside alcohol is allowed, including alcohol purchased from an outlet located inside Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel. Guests must be 21 years of age or older, with valid identification, to purchase or consume alcohol. Servers have the right to refuse service.
Smoking, Vaping, and Cannabis
Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are permitted only in designated smoking areas. The possession or use of cannabis products within the venue is prohibited unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
All events are held rain or shine. Refunds are allowed only if an event is canceled. Refunds are provided through the original point of purchase and only through Ticketmaster or the Gift Shop. Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel is not responsible for refunds for tickets purchased through third-party ticket brokers. If a performance is postponed and later rescheduled, original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.
Weather
All shows will go on rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, show updates will be issued through jackpotjunction.com and traditional and social media outlets.
Cameras and Recording
Cell phones are permitted unless otherwise restricted by the artist or event. Professional cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, monopods, audio or video recording equipment, GoPros, and similar devices are prohibited unless approved in advance. Video and audio recording are not permitted.
Drone Policy
Unauthorized drones are prohibited over or within the venue. Drone activity may be reported to law enforcement.
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency while on site, Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel has trained EMTs and paramedics available to assist with medical issues. Any team member with a radio can dispatch first aid to the needed location. The Lower Sioux Police Department and other public safety officers are on site during events for safety and assistance as needed. Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel works closely with the National Weather Service and other sources to monitor weather-related issues. Guests should follow Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel social media accounts for the latest event-day updates.
Emergency Evacuations
During emergencies or evacuations, guests must follow all directions from venue staff, security, law enforcement, and emergency responders. Lost and Found Lost and found is located inside the casino near the Cashiers.
Personal Property
Guests attend events at their own risk. Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
