EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION PROFILE: Must meet all the qualifications of the Property Insurance policy. Must possess a valid Minnesota driver’s license with Class C license required (applicant must meet both of these qualifications within 60 days of hire). Qualifying license record check must not have more than one minor traffic citation in the past three years. Previous van or bus driving experience beneficial. Previous experience dispatching preferred but not necessary. At such time as the Casino purchases a 21-passenger bus, employee must obtain Class B license within 30 days to maintain employment with the Casino.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Transport customers to and from local hotel and airport. 2. Able to transport guests to destinations out of immediate area – including Metro. 3. Greets guests. 4. Assists customers on and off transportation. 5. Handle customer luggage. 6. Respond to dispatch radio and phone promptly. 7. Log accurate and complete records of all buses and vans. 8. Responsible for cleanliness of shuttle vehicle. 9. Keep coat check area clean and organized. 10. Keep inventory of coats, hats, etc. through tagging. 11. Identify and solve customer problems. 12. Promptly report any vehicle issues with appropriate paperwork. 13. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned. 14. Regular attendance necessary. 15. Regular punctuality necessary. 16. Available and willing to work any changes in hours on the schedule at anytime during employment. 17. Dispatching. 18. Respond to any and all questions from our guests. 19. Separate, sort, score and repackage playing cards per company procedures.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: Presents oneself as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel and encourages others to do so also.
