TITLE: Outside Service Supervisor

DEPARTMENT: Dacotah Ridge Golf Course

REPORTS TO: Assistant Golf Pro / Golf Pro S

UPERVISES: Players Assistant and Cart & Range Service Staff

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of golf required and experience in outside service operations a plus. Friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people in an outdoor environment. Committed to providing the highest level of customer service and attention.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Enforce the dress code and other club policies. 2. Oversee the Cart & Range staff and insure all guests’ outside service needs are attended to. 3. Welcome all guests to Dacotah Ridge Golf Club, treating them professionally and making a positive first impression. 4. Assist players in teeing off on time, inform players of any and all local rules and the Club’s pace of play policy. 5. Maintain an accurate tee sheet, noting changes in starting times group pairings and cart usage. 6. Ranger the course, being polite, inform players on their pace of play, spread hospitality and goodwill to insure each guest has a positive experience. 7. Identify all players to insure they are legitimately on the Golf Course and are following club rules. 8. Assist the Outside Service and Professional Staff when needed. 7. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 8. Regular attendance necessary. 9. Regular punctuality necessary. 10. Available and willing to work any changes in hours on the schedule at anytime during employment.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: Present oneself as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel and encourage others to do so also.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES: 1. Knowledge of golf operations. 2. Supervisory skills. 3. Customer service skills. 4. People skills. 5. Must be flexible to work nights and weekends. 6. Working knowledge of personal computer, POS and tee time reservation system.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Normal mobility throughout the facility. 2. Extensive walking. 3. Bending and stooping repeatedly.
