EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE: Prior service experience or experience with public. Must possess excellent cash handling, point of sales computer and mathematical skills. Applicants need to be friendly, outgoing and able to make quick evaluations and decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Clearing and resetting of dining room tables. 2. Cleaning and maintenance of dining room floors, chairs and walls. 3. Stocking of table supplies. 4. Daily side work. 5. Completes tasks for guests to ensure satisfaction. 6. Know service procedures, menu’s micro operations. 7. Collects payment from guests using micros computer. 8. Thanks and invites guests back. 9. Documents all cash transactions. 10. Light food preparation. 11. Organization of bussing station. 12. Light housekeeping in bussing area. 13. Daily side work and tray pick up routinely. 14. Able to handle bussing tables during peak hours and high demands. 15. Able to setup dining room trays in a timely manner to ensure good customer service and timely service. 16. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 17. Regular attendance and punctuality necessary. 18. Available and willing to work any changes in hours on the schedule at any time during employment. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: Presents oneself as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel and encourages others to do so also.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Heavy lifting. 2. Bending and stooping. 3. Moving of dining room furniture and chairs. 4. Good physical endurance. 5. Able to handle extensive walking. 6. Moderate lifting up to 10 to 30 pounds.
